After 7 months of struggling with a damaged ankle and being unable to walk normally I was finally directed to Prof. Ribbans. Apart from being welcomed brilliantly and treated sympathetically within no time Bill had discovered my problem by clever use of technology. Having agreed the surgery I needed to solve the problem it was into the Three Shires Hospital. Bill and the Anaesthetist (Prof John Hare) explained what they were going to do and a couple of hours later it was all over. The surgery was a complete success as was the recovery and within no time I was back on my feet walking naturally again with no more pain. I cannot thank Bill and his team enough, not just for the technical expertise that was delivered but the way I was treated throughout my experience. I would have no hesitation in returning to him for treatment and for recommending him to anyone else. A true professional!

I’m not sure you’ll remember me as time has flown by since I last saw you and I’m sure you’ve seen many new patients over the past three years but I’m the dancer who’s foot you operated on back in December 2016. I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone but it’s safe to say that you well and truly fixed my foot and I’ve never had a problem with it since! I always said I would keep in touch and I’m so pleased to say that I’ve finally landed my first professional dance contract just over a year after graduating. Anyway Prof, I just wanted to send you a little update because if it wasn’t for you then I don’t think I would be getting to dance and do what I love each and every day. Once again, thank you so much for everything.

Professor Ribbans is a genius – and the team at The County Clinic are all absolutely fantastic too without exception. Having injured my knee, I had my initial consultation with Prof Ribbans 3 days later, with an MRI scan conducted a few days later. The results from the MRI were explained to me in detail (and simplistic terms!) at my 2nd consultation and my surgery was booked for two weeks later. Of all my (now multiple) knee surgeries, my recovery was exceptional – I cannot thank Professor Ribbans enough for everything he has done for me – I will be forever grateful.

Rutherford… himself a patient of the County Clinic’s Bill Ribbans…. believes there is nowhere better to go for care…..not just from a sporting side, but if you come here to be checked out by these guys, you are getting checked out by the best…..a brilliant surgeon, Bill Ribbans and then everyone who is associated with the team – there are some very, very, very good practitioners who really will fix you… from my point of view I don’t have to go into London…
